Humanizing the Client Experience. Building Trust Through Purposeful Engagement.
Finances are personal, and the relationships that support them should be too. Humanizing the client experience and building trust through purposeful engagement are at the heart of my work. In a time when so many interactions feel rushed or transactional, I’m passionate about slowing things down and creating meaningful, human-centered experiences.
My work has always been rooted in a desire to help people feel supported and empowered. Whether I’m designing a new client experience process, interpreting feedback trends, or using lessons learned through years of hands-on experience to help others feel prepared for what comes next, I’m motivated by the impact these moments have on real families as they plan their futures.
I believe that every interaction — big or small — shapes how future clients and clients feel about their financial journey. My goal is to ensure those moments feel thoughtful, organized, and aligned with the care ProsperPlan is known for.
“I believe we learn best from those we serve; by asking questions and showing gratitude, we can continually improve the client experience.”
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, my life is centered around family, friends, and community. Born and raised in Fair Oaks, I feel deeply connected to the people and families who make this area so special. I volunteer weekly at the Orangevale Fair Oaks Food Bank and serve as a marketing-communications volunteer through the Orangevale Fair Oaks Community Foundation.
A quote at the food bank has always stayed with me: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” It’s easy to get caught up in our routines, giving my time to others brings me back to a place of purpose and perspective. It’s one of the reasons community service has become such an important part of my life.
In the warmer months, I love spending time outdoors and recently started paddle boarding — something that’s quickly become a favorite way to unwind. When the temperatures drop, I travel south to soak up a little sunshine and enjoy warmer weather.
