Following a Family Legacy
Growing up as the youngest daughter of two United States Air Force veterans, I was raised with a deep respect for service, discipline, and responsibility. My parents instilled in me the values of dedication, accountability, and attention to the details that matter; principles I carry into my work every day. My siblings and I were taught not only to work hard but to show up for one another, especially when it mattered most.
Before working in financial services, I spent 11 years in the field of education, helping students reach their potential and celebrating their accomplishments along the way. That foundation shaped the way I care for clients today: with patience, encouragement, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
At ProsperPlan Wealth, I help ensure that every client experience is thoughtful, organized, and stress-free. Whether it’s guiding someone through onboarding, coordinating details behind the scenes, or being a steady point of contact, I take pride in being someone clients can depend on. Serving families with care and precision isn’t just my job; it’s my purpose.
“Serving others with care and attention to detail isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.”
Life Outside of Work
My greatest joy in life is being a mom. My son, Zachary, graduated last year and is now working as an Assistant Construction Manager for a home builder. He is still working toward his goal of joining the United States Air Force, and I couldn’t be prouder of his determination and work ethic. My daughter, Jace, is now an athletic trainer at her high school, an incredible step toward her dream of working in health care. Watching both of them grow into kind, hardworking young adults is one of my life’s greatest blessings.
I am also lucky to have two amazing bonus sons. The oldest is preparing for his upcoming wedding while his fiancée continues working on her doctorate, and the youngest works on airplanes; a career that fits his skill and passion perfectly. My fiancé, Brian, is a high school special education teacher, as well as a football and track coach. Our lives are often busy, but they are full of purpose, encouragement, and deep love for one another.
What inspired you to specialize in client service and operations?
I’ve always had a heart for helping others succeed. Coming from a family that values service and with a background in education, I naturally gravitated toward roles where I could support, organize, and guide others with care and precision.
How do you help clients feel supported throughout their financial journey?
I focus on being present, responsive, and attentive to their needs, big or small. I make sure clients never feel alone in the process by communicating clearly, answering questions quickly, and proactively walking them through each step.
What do you enjoy most about guiding clients through onboarding and account management?
I love creating ease where there might otherwise be stress. Helping clients feel organized, seen, and taken care of from the very beginning sets the tone for a trusting and long-lasting relationship.
What’s one piece of advice you often give to clients to make their financial journey easier?
Don’t feel like you have to have everything figured out before you start. Progress begins with one step, and you don’t have to take it alone. We’re here to help guide and support you through the journey.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing most?
Spending time with my family is everything to me. Whether it’s cheering at football games, enjoying time outdoors, or just being together at home with Maggie curled at our feet.
How do you ensure every client feels supported and cared for at ProsperPlan?
By combining attentive listening with thoughtful action. I treat each client like family, prioritizing their needs, following through on promises, and making sure they always feel valued, heard, and supported.
